Google maps is used heavily across the world. And to add into their quest of “Indexing all the world’s information”, Google today announced in a blog post about their new feature in Google Maps. Now you can explore the deep sea around the world with Google Maps street view. The amazing world of great barrier reef is just a click away to be seen in spectacular panoramic view.
Google brought this feature in partnership with The Catalin Sea View Survey. In this new feature users will be able to swim(!!!) through world’s six amazing coral reefs which includes Apo Island in Philippines, Heron Island – Great Barrier Reef in Australia, Lady Elliot Island, Molokini Crater Hawaii, Hanauma Bay Hawaii and one more.
If you’re an avid scuba diver or just an adventures marine life enthusiast who wants to explore the deep blue ocean for its rich sea life, this ride will definitely be exciting. The good thing is you can go through this stuff just like normal street view which provides forward and backward leaps as well as 360 degree angle views.
So what are you waiting now, the turtles are waiting for you. Go fishing…!!
