How To Delete Facebook Album
Facebook is the social network; used to create personal profile, share pictures, messages, etc. Thanks to facebook for having such a wonderful options. One can upload up to 200 photos per album. People always love to share their pictures taken in vacations, party photos, etc. They can make use of this Album options to add their favorite photos to share it with their friends and peers. They can also tag with the people who joined in their vacation and can be given comments too. Sharing comments with friends makes healthy relationship. Creating a facebook album is very easy. But deleting a photo album in Facebook is tricky. If you don’t know exactly where to look then you might lost finding option to delete album. So in this post I’ve explained how to delete photo album in Facebook with screen shots.
Earlier deleting Facebook photo album was really painful, now it seems that Facebook user experience engineers have removed such complexity. Now, deleting Facebook photo album is just a two-click affair and options can be found quite easily just above the opened album in “Edit Album” option. I think screen shots will better explain the process.
1) Click on the photo album you want to delete. It will give “Edit Album” option as seen below.
2) Clicking “Edit Album” option will open up a simple dialogue box where you’ll see “Delete Album“. Isn’t it easy!
Points To Be Noted
Facebook don’t have options like Recycle bin or Trash to save the deleted photos, once deleted it can’t be retrieved again. So, it is always good to have backup of your photos in other storage devices.
Privacy Setting
This is a useful and better option available in Facebook. Why should you delete your album? Optionally you may simply apply more stringent privacy setting to hide it from unwanted people. In ascending order of strictness, different available privacy options are Public, Only Friends, Friends except Acquaintances or Only Me. You may select “Only Me” to hide it from everyone except you.
