Is Google Search UI Broken?

This might be the case with me only? Google UI is seems to be broken. I’ve checked in Mozilla firefox 3.0 and IE 6. In both the browsers the Google Search Page UI is out of place. The search box is covering google logo. Logo is not visible.  The search button is totally on the right side at top as well as bottom. This might not be a prank for sure. Google Search Page User Interface was never seen in such way for a decade or so. Is this work of some michiveous hacker? See the screen shots below.

    Same for me. What internet provider are you on? I’m on Comcast. Northern California.

    I am in Pune, India. Though right now user interface is working fine now.
