How To Add BCC Field In MS Outlook 2007

This is another post in our MS Outlook tips and tricks guide. This time I am here with another tip for Outlook 2007 which shows how you can add BCC field. Though it’s very simple; naive users of Outlook might find it little bit difficult. I’ll explain the process with screen-shots to make it easy to understand.

If you’ve not already added BCC field, when you will open new email message for writing, you’ll see only “To” and “CC” fields.

To add “Bcc” field, go to the “Options” tab in the ribbon. Now you can see the “Show Bcc” button as can be seen in the below screen-shot.

Clicking the “Show Bcc” button will add the Bcc field as can be seen below.
